Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Junior Commissioning & Qualification Consultant for an Extracurricular Internship to join our Validation Team in our Head Quarter based in Reggello (Florence). Gain experience in creating requirements-testing traceability matrixes and design qualification and summary reports. Drafting, Verification, and Execution of Protocols: Develop skills in drafting, verifying, and executing protocols for qualification tests such as FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ. Equipment and Utilities Qualification: Gain insights into preparing installation, operational, and performance qualification protocols for equipment and utilities (e.g., HVAC, Water Systems, Process Gases) following internationally recognized guidelines (e.g., ISPE, GAMP). Thermal Validation Study: Learn how to draft protocols for thermal validation studies. Project Validation Master Plans: Acquire proficiency in developing project validation master plans for new site implementations, including creating detailed Gantt charts and evaluating resource workload (advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project preferred). Risk-Based Process Analysis: Explore the methodologies of conducting risk-based process analysis using international standards such as FMEA and HACCP. Calibration and Maintenance Plans: Learn to create calibration and maintenance plans along with related instructions. Standardization of Operating Procedures: Understand the importance of standardizing operating procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance. About you: Technical Degree (Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Informatics, Physics, Mathematics) English: Fluent (mandatory) Full availability to travel domestically and abroad also for long period (6-9 months) Internship details: Extracurricular Internship Duration: 6 Months Full time (39 hours per week) Start date: July Monthly reimbursement: 600€ Location : Località Prulli di Sopra, 103/c, 50066 Reggello (Firenze) 100% onsite 3 minutes from the "Incisa - Reggello" highway exit Ample company parking available Next Steps Upon receiving your application, if a match is found, the Recruiting department will contact you for an initial HR interview.
