We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role requires collaboration, drive, and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors to support business growth. Job Responsibilities: E-commerce Platform and Document Management: Regular monitoring of procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa), document downloading and filling, timely uploading, and regular document updates. Tender Management: Preparing and organizing tender documents, integrating business documents, and archiving after submission. Logistics Support: Customer shipment booking and troubleshooting sample delivery issues. Accounts Receivable Support: Invoicing and payment management. Other duties: As assigned by managers. Essential Skills / Experience: Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related fields. Biology background is a plus. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in biotech, medical devices, or regulated environments. Knowledge of tender regulations and procedures. Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English (verbal and written) and native or business-level Italian. J-18808-Ljbffr
