We’re seeking a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury German to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong customer care attitude, is fluent in languages, empathetic, passionate about fashion and international luxury brands, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Languages required: German (B2/C1) Responsibilities: Customer relations with Italian and international customers via phone, chat, and email. E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers with online purchases. Contract details: Full-time, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week), on shifts, 5 days a week. Qualifications: Degree and/or experience in e-commerce, customer care, fashion, and luxury sectors. Proficiency with main IT tools, especially Microsoft Office. Ongoing training in luxury brands.
