Job Description

As a Help Desk Fluent English, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will document customer interactions and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is fluent in English and has excellent communication skills. You should have a strong technical background and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Additionally, you should have a customer-focused mindset and be able to provide exceptional service to customers. What Client Offers Our client offers a temporary contract type for this position.
