Legal Specialist (Fixed-term contract)

We are looking for a Legal Specialist for a fixed-term position to support the Legal Department in activities related to retail and wholesale contracts, commercial law, licensing, intellectual property, compliance, and general legal support to various internal departments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic fashion environment. Main Duties and Responsibilities : Assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts in both English and Italian (e.g., agency and distribution agreements, consultancy and service agreements, marketing partnerships, etc.); Support in preparing legal memoranda, internal opinions, and documentation; Conduct legal research and draft answers to internal legal queries; Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard contracts and the organization of the contract archive; Coordinate the internal signing process and prepare cover letters and summaries for contracts. Qualifications and Requirements : Master’s Degree in Law, preferably with a focus on Commercial or Business Law; 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, either in-house or at a law firm; Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus; Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy; Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; High ethical standards and a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
