Job Overview : We are seeking an engineer to join our structured Configuration Management team, focusing on Gas Turbines for power generation and Oil & Gas (On-Shore and Off-Shore). The role involves managing daily project activities, technical specifications, and collaboration across multiple departments, including engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams. Responsibilities include : Participating in project meetings from initiation to completion, focusing on technical aspects, KPIs, and collaboration. Preparing technical specifications and component lists (BoM) for Gas Turbines according to client requirements. Maintaining and updating configuration documentation to support project and commercial activities. Qualifications : Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Energy, or Management Engineering, or equivalent. Understanding and interpretation of technical drawings. Familiarity with CAD systems, ideally Siemens NX (preferred). English language skills for multinational operations. Ideal candidates will also demonstrate strong analytical skills, precision, planning, organization, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. Reliability, flexibility, autonomy, and proactive attitude are essential.
