We seek a Drydock Superintendent with experience in ship management and drydock operations to strengthen our project delivery team. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Superintendent / Drydock Manager to manage multiple drydock projects for offshore support vessels, representing GLO Marine in planning, coordinating, and supervising these projects to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all stages of drydock projects. Act as technical representative for clients during drydock execution. Coordinate with shipyards, subcontractors, and classification societies. Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Prepare progress reports and updates. Resolve technical issues during projects. Conduct pre-docking inspections and supervise during dry-docking. Ideal Candidate Profile 5 years of experience as Technical Superintendent, Vessel Manager, or similar role. Proven experience managing drydock projects for offshore support vessels. Strong technical knowledge of vessel systems, maintenance, and repairs. Experience working in shipyard environments and with cross-functional teams. Understanding of surveyor processes and classification society requirements. Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk assessment. Experience with dry-docking specifications. Skills & Attributes Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and client representation.
