Quality & Commissioning Lead

Quality & Commissioning Lead – Mission Critical Projects (Europe) We are seeking an experienced Quality & Commissioning Lead to join our Client, supporting mission critical projects across the region. You will be responsible for managing quality and commissioning processes on large-scale MEP installations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, outstanding project management skills, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams. You will ensure predictable and safe project delivery, working across cross-functional teams, supply chain partners, and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead quality and commissioning activities on multiple projects across Europe. Set up and manage projects in line with business unit quality procedures and client requirements. Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, particularly SSOW, COHE, LOTO, and safe energisation. Develop commissioning strategies in alignment with project design and delivery goals. Regularly report project progress and completion risks to leadership teams. Identify skill gaps and address them through training or specialist outsourcing. Implement lean management practices and continuous improvement strategies. Travel to project sites as needed based on project stage and complexity. Qualifications & Experience: Strong experience in managing commissioning of complex MEP systems. Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams in a matrix organization. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of data centre systems (MV/LV Switchgear, UPS, BMS, SCADA, etc.).
