They’re on the hunt for a Principal Backend Engineer to take charge of their integration platform — leading strategy, architecture, and delivery of key partner connections. You’ll be the go-to for designing and building scalable, fault-tolerant integrations that unlock automation and seamless data flows. A high-impact role with plenty of tech influence and leadership opportunity. What You’ll Do : • Own and drive integration architecture and strategy. • Lead engineering teams to build scalable APIs and data pipelines. • Collaborate closely with product, leadership, and external partners. • Champion automation, observability, and reliability best practices. • Mentor engineers and push innovation forward. What You’ll Need: ✅ 7 years backend engineering experience, specialising in integrations. ✅ Expert in scalable APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. ✅ Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and infrastructure as code. ✅ Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. ⭐ Bonus if you know recruitment tech or SaaS landscapes.
