Construction Procurement Manager – London based for leading UK based organisation - £55-65k base package We are working in partnership with a leading construction and infrastructure organisation to recruit a Construction Procurement Manager to join their high-performing commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned procurement professional to contribute to the delivery of major UK infrastructure and construction projects—ranging from large-scale public works to complex civil engineering developments. As a key member of the procurement team, you will lead end-to-end procurement activity across a variety of high-value construction packages. You’ll play a strategic role in ensuring supply chain compliance, commercial value, and the effective management of NEC3 contracts. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement strategy, tendering, and contract award processes for major construction and infrastructure projects Ensure full alignment with NEC3 contract requirements, supporting the project delivery team throughout the contract lifecycle Work cross-functionally with commercial, legal, and project teams to deliver cost-effective and compliant solutions Take advantage of this organisations growth prospects and commitment to personal development Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ procurement experience within the construction or infrastructure sector Strong working knowledge of NEC3 contracts is essential Demonstrable experience managing complex tendering and procurement processes Excellent negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with public sector procurement regulations (e.g., PCR 2015) is advantageous but not essential MCIPS qualification or working towards is desirable If you are interested to be part of landmark UK construction and infrastructure projects that shape communities, as well as joining a forward-thinking business committed to personal development please apply with a copy of your cv to George at g.beale@bramwithconsulting.com
