Full-Stack Software Engineer | Start-Up | Python JavaScript | £60k | London (4 days in-office) We’re working with a fast-growing, mission-driven London start-up looking to hire a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their small, high-performing team. They're building smart, customer-first tech in a complex industry - and they need sharp, product-focused engineers to help scale their platform. A young environment, the type of company that prides itself on the welfare of their employees and a really great tech team, What You’ll Need: 2-3 years of experience in a full-stack or back-end focused role Strong Python (ideally Django or FastAPI) and JavaScript (React) skills A proactive, collaborative mindset Experience in a start-up or fast-paced product team is a bonus A degree in a relevant subject from a Russell Group or equivalent university What’s on Offer: £60,000 salary benefits 4 days a week in their London office (1 WFH) A real say in technical direction and product development A supportive, no-ego team building something with purpose
