Pay: Negotiable (dependent on experience) We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Buyer / Buyer to join a leading national house builder on a freelance basis, working from their Wakefield head office . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential construction buying to support a busy commercial team. Role Responsibilities: Placing material and subcontract orders Liaising with suppliers and site teams Managing procurement schedules Using the COINS system for order processing and tracking Supporting the commercial team with general buying admin tasks Requirements: Proven experience in a Buyer or Assistant Buyer role within new build housing COINS software experience is essential Good understanding of construction processes and terminology Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment This role is available for an immediate start (27th May).
