Data Analyst – Climate Tech London (Hybrid, 2–3 days/week) | £Competitive Equity Join one of the UK’s fastest-growing climate tech startups, where real-world energy data powers smarter, greener decision-making every day. Their platform already controls tens of thousands of distributed energy devices, from EV chargers to home batteries, and they’re looking for a Data Analyst to help turn all that data into insight, action, and impact. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role ideal for someone with strong technical skills and a sharp analytical mindset - someone who wants their work to directly influence product decisions, system performance, and the fight against climate change. What You’ll Be Doing Analyzing real-time data from devices across the UK’s energy grid Building internal dashboards, tools and reports that power smarter decisions Working with product, engineering and operations teams to surface insights and spot opportunities Helping monitor performance and ensure the system is running optimally as the platform scales What They’re Looking For Strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Maths , or similar — ideally from a top university Experience working with Python and SQL in a data-heavy environment Clear communicator who can translate data into actionable insight An analytical thinker who’s curious about energy systems, performance, and optimisation ️ Tools You’ll Use Python, SQL, Looker/Tableau, GCP, internal data pipelines & analytics stack If you're excited by the idea of using data to help decarbonise the grid - and want to work with a team that moves fast, thinks deeply, and builds for impact
