* Chef Manager * Market leading contract caterer * Monday to Friday * Central London * £40,000 per annum Job Summary: We are looking for a Chef Manager to support a number of sites across Central and West London for this market-leading contract caterer. As Chef Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the kitchens across these sites, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food, upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, and managing all aspects of kitchen performance. You will ideally come with a background working in contract catering, specifically within corporate dining. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the flexibility to seamlessly transition between multiple kitchen settings, bringing strong leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence across diverse culinary teams. Requirements: * Proven experience in a similar role. * Strong culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements. * Great time management skills. * Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. * Ability to train and mentor other staff. * Experience in ordering stock and stock control.
