We have temporary caretaker opportunities for residential developments located across the City of London. As caretaker day-to-day duties involve maintaining all areas of the building to a high standard. Key duties: Taking out and collecting the developments bins Hoovering / Sweeping Polishing Litter-picking Keeping daily log Monitoring contractors on site Small decoration and repair jobs (if necessary) Fire alarm testing (dependent on site) Use initiative to solve any problems on site Maintaining communication with residents, property management and Abbatt Ad hock tasks as instructed by management The ideal candidate will have experience gained within a similar residential, corporate or hotel background. You will also have: Good verbal communication skills Good understanding of Health and Safety processes COSH training is desirable Apply with your CV today.
