We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join our supportive team. You will join a dedicated pastoral team committed to ensuring every child reaches their potential. What does a Behaviour Mentor do? As a Behaviour Mentor, you will: Identify pupils in need of behavioural and emotional support. Deliver one-to-one mentoring sessions to help pupils develop positive behaviour strategies. Liaise with SENCos and families to ensure a Holistic Approach. Organise structured lunchtime activities for pupils who need additional support during breaks. What are we looking for? You must have: Degree in a relevant subject (Education Studies, Psychology, Counselling) Excellent listening and communication skills. Patience, empathy, and a calm manner.
