Job Title: Technician - Histology Profession: Technician Specialty: Technician - Histology Duration: 30 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Experience: 2-3 years in histology for biopsy specimens and dermatology License: NYS Clinical Laboratory Technologist License or Certified Histology Technician or Clinical Lab Technician from NYS Education Department (required) Certifications: Associates in Science and completion of an approved Histology accredited program or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Must-Have: Local candidates only, no travelers Description: Covering FTE leave of absence. Involves working on biopsy specimens and dermatology cases. Candidates must possess a relevant New York State license. This position requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in histology. Successful candidates will have the necessary educational qualifications. Position entails a critical need within the allied/ancillary professions.
