Job Description: - Work in a surgical unit with 17 operating rooms, performing procedures such as total joints, spine fusions, neurosurgical procedures including craniotomies, and robotic procedures. - Use of equipment such as electrosurgical devices, Neptune suction, and patient positioning devices. - Document procedures using the Meditech system. - Schedule flexibility with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. - No floating policy requirements. - Participate in procedures across various specialties including general surgery, urology, and cardiovascular procedures like open heart surgery. - Follow the dress code of provided scrubs. - Opportunity to work with advanced technology, such as the Synaptive Medical Modus V robotic digital microscope for neurosurgical procedures, the only system of its kind in Tennessee. - Collaborate with a skilled team and gain experience in a supportive environment.
