Job Offer Information Following a significant national development project that will require the hiring of numerous professionals throughout 2025, we are selecting profiles with strong managerial skills to assume the role of Area Business Leader . The selected resources, to be integrated within our existing or startup structures, will join a dynamic and growing team that offers concrete support to its collaborators and clients. By directly engaging and leveraging their experience, they will contribute to: Increasing territorial presence by coordinating their team; Achieving the set company objectives. The future Area Business Leaders will also be responsible for: Developing new contacts and relationships in the territory; Contributing to recruitment activities by ensuring the selection process of new consultants according to the predefined development plan; Monitoring the activities of their team members; Ensuring all necessary activities to support business development are carried out, involving relevant company structures when needed; Managing the potential client portfolio; Promoting and advising on the most suitable products for client needs, performing related consulting activities; Assessing the feasibility of operations to initiate the procedural process; Gathering documentation necessary for the application process; Following up with managed clients; Collaborating with internal company functions. Requirements include: Possession of VAT number; High school diploma; Previous experience as a Team Manager/Coordinator in credit mediation, personal loans, fifths assignment, or financial promotion; experience in credit mediation is a preferred qualification; OAM registration; Good computer skills; Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills; Proactivity and dynamism; Organizational and time management skills; Professional appearance suitable for the role.
