Job Description

Key Responsibilities Business plan development: work with the CFO to develop detailed business plans for new acquisitions and projects. Participate in preparing bid documents for mergers and acquisitions. Conduct financial due diligence by reviewing financial statements, business performance, and potential risks to support informed decision-making. Additional activities include: Budgeting and Forecasting: participate in corporate budgeting and produce periodic forecasts to monitor financial performance against targets. Financial Analysis: analyze cash flows, costs, profitability, and operational performance to support management decisions. Requirements 5 years of experience at a Big4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or similar consulting firm with exposure to M&A, corporate finance, or due diligence projects. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; a master's degree in finance or M&A is a plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills. Contract Details Full-time, Permanent employment. Benefits include meal vouchers, company mobile, company computer, flexible hours. Availability Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed. Additional Compensation 13th and 14th-month bonuses, overtime pay. Education Master's degree (or specialist degree) preferred.
