Python Developer WIth Microservices & GCP: For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Python Developer WIth Microservices & GCP for a long contract based in Amsterdam. Its paying well and my client can interview asap! Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Python-based microservices. Deploy and manage containerized applications using GCP Cloud Run . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. Optimize microservices for performance, scalability, and reliability. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to ensure high system availability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in accordance with best practices. Stay updated with the latest industry trends in cloud computing and microservices architecture . Requirements Proven experience in Python development, with a focus on microservices. Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , particularly Cloud Run , Cloud Functions , etc. Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs . Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases , including data modeling. Familiar with Git and version control workflows. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tooling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Flask , FastAPI , or Django frameworks. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Terraform , Jenkins , etc. Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver).
