Job Title: Genesys System Administrator Total Experience Required: 10 years in Information Technology/Computers/Software Relevant Experience Required: 4 years in Genesys System Administration Job Type: Contract Contract Duration: A minimum duration of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 18 months or beyond, depending on project requirements. We are looking for an experienced Genesys System Administrator for a contract role supporting complex contact center infrastructure. This is a fully remote opportunity based out of Eindhoven, Netherlands, requiring fluency in English and a local language (French or German preferred). Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for the Genesys PureCloud contact center application Administer inbound/outbound call queues, user provisioning, and skill configurations Perform IVR call flow design, scripting, integration, and troubleshooting Handle change requests, problem management, and root cause analysis Coordinate with vendors and service providers for resolution and system improvements Essential Skills Experience with Genesys PureCloud system administration Strong knowledge of IVR call flow architecture and integration (BYOC, API, SIP) Experience with Salesforce CTI integration and troubleshooting Ability to manage end-user experience and handle high-volume customer environments Multilingual support capability (English mandatory, French or German preferred) Optional Skills Knowledge of Cisco to Genesys migration Familiarity with AI Agents Expertise in outbound campaign setup and optimisation Ability to create and manage knowledge base documentation Understanding of SIP trunking and SBC configurations Interested?
