Senior Superintendent About the Role: Lead field operations for complex projects with a focus on safety, planning, collaboration, and respect for every individual on the site. Key Responsibilities: Oversee site execution, safety, scheduling, and quality Lead subcontractor coordination and inspections Build positive relationships with inspectors, municipalities, neighbors, and clients Drive look-ahead schedules and plan proactively Ideal Candidate: 8 years of experience managing large ground-up projects Strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to create respectful, efficient, high-performing jobsites Skilled at field problem-solving and plan execution Why Join Us?
