Commerical Litigation Attorney - 3 Days REMOTE (Anaheim)

Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution. Handle discovery, draft pleadings and dispositive motions, and take/defend depositions. Participate in court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation. Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and execution. Communicate directly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar license. 3–7 years of experience in business and commercial litigation . Proven experience in handling complex legal matters involving breach of contract, fraud, fiduciary duty, and shareholder disputes. Ability to independently manage litigation matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Salary: $165,000 to $195,000 (DOE) Unlimited PTO - (5 to 7 weeks taken on average) 100% Paid Medical/Dental/Vision 401k w/ match 10% Origination Fee 1800 billable bonus ($27,000) - NO CAP on Bonus
