Company: Professional Services and Vendor Management Firm Role: Manager, Exchange Data Strategy and Acquisition Work Model: hybrid 4 days on-site, WFH on Friday Key Responsibilities: Work with hedge fund teams to ensure data quality and performance Customize Bloomberg and data feed setups for different trading strategies Manage vendor relationships and contracts with exchanges and data providers Lead procurement, renewals, pricing negotiations, and compliance checks Advise clients on cost savings, licensing, and audit readiness Oversee Bloomberg terminal licenses and exchange data usage Analyze data usage to reduce audit risks and improve efficiency Provide strategic insights and act as a trusted advisor What the Team is Seeking: 7 years in financial services, including 3 years with hedge funds Strong understanding of hedge fund trading strategies and data needs Experience with Bloomberg, OMS/EMS systems, and low-latency data Deep knowledge of market data vendors and licensing models Skilled in contract negotiation and vendor management Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
