About the job: We are looking for Talent Managers to join the Talent Management team at BECCA MGMT. This is an experienced position (1 year of direct talent management experience) and successful candidates should be familiar with influencers, social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.), and have top-notch organizational and communication skills. This is a year-round, full-time position in an in-person New York, NY-based working environment. Location: New York, NY Responsibilities: Develop and manage personal roster of talent and handle consistent day-to-day communication with talent and brand partners to successfully run contracted programs. Brainstorm campaign concepts for active campaigns for your BECCA MGMT roster of talent based on budget and talent strengths. Collaborate with talent to develop personalized content strategies that align with career growth goals. Negotiate and set appropriate budgets. Manage talents’ calendar according to specific campaign needs. Manage brands’ expectations according to specific talent needs. Develop relationships with both talent and brands. Pitch outgoing opportunities to brands based on talent needs / strengths. Maintain up to date analytics from talent. Keep internal tools up to date with talent information, analytics, and details. Keep informed of industry and platform trends, events, and deals. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in talent management. Ability to manage projects independently. Is a self-starter. Extreme attention to detail. Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to supporting and advocating for talents. Experience building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Strong listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Demonstrates a strong work ethic, time management skills, keen judgment, and ability to prioritize focus and multi-task. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Desire to flourish in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial and proactive spirit. Maintain high responsiveness and availability to address talent needs and opportunities in real time. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
