Job Description Job Description HR Generalist (Temporary) – Redmond, WA Location: Redmond, WA (On-site, with some flexibility) Pay: $28-30/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm Contract Length: 5 months, covering parental leave Job Description: A well-established manufacturing company in Redmond is hiring a temporary HR Generalist to provide coverage during a team member’s leave. The HR Generalist will support all core HR functions including employee relations, leaves, compliance, and performance documentation. This is a solo HR position during the assignment and requires someone who can hit the ground running. Responsibilities: Serve as primary HR contact for employees and supervisors Manage leave of absence tracking, including WA PFML, FMLA, and ADA accommodations Assist with performance reviews and employee coaching documentation Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws Maintain employee records and update policies as needed Qualifications: 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role Solid understanding of Washington employment laws and leave policies Experience with HRIS systems such as Paylocity or UKG Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour Search managed by: Darian Tang Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
