Patient Ratio: Max 5:1 Job Summary: One of Insight Global's largest critical illness and rehabilitation center clients is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Camp Hill, PA. This person will be caring for patients recovering from critical illnesses, severe injuries, and complex medical conditions. Due to the patient base, the ideal candidate will come from an ICU background with knowledge of critical care processes and baseline knowledge of respiratory care practices. Nurse will have a maximum caseload of 4 patients. This person will float to York and Harrisburg locations about 10% of the time, with shift schedule of 7a-7p 3 days/week and rotating weekends (includes Saturday Sunday). Must-Haves: Active RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania. Previous ICU/critical care nursing experience. Critical thinking skills, as a provider is not always present onsite to assist nurses.
