HR Coordinator

Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Lawton, Michigan. This is a contract position within the manufacturing industry, offering an opportunity to contribute to key HR functions and projects. Responsibilities: • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with company policies. • Maintain and update personnel files and employee records to meet regulatory and audit standards. • Conduct learning and development audits, assigning required training programs as needed. • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and filling positions for new production lines. • Assist with rebadging over 100 employees while ensuring compliance with all HR procedures. • Provide excellent employee support by responding to inquiries and addressing HR-related concerns in a timely manner. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards and HR best practices. • Perform administrative tasks such as internal reporting and tracking HR metrics. • Utilize Excel for data management and reporting tasks to support HR operations.• At least 3 years of experience in human resources or administrative roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with applicant tracking systems. • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and personnel file maintenance. • Ability to conduct audits and assign necessary training programs. • Experience in onboarding processes and employee support. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle interruptions and address employee inquiries. • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of HR administration practices within the manufacturing industry.
