Job Description Job Description We are looking for a meticulous HR Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, California, on a contract basis. This role requires a proactive individual with strong computer skills and excellent customer service abilities to support various HR functions effectively. Responsibilities: • Process and manage employee data using platforms such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce. • Conduct audits to ensure accuracy in HR records and compliance with company standards. • Handle background checks and onboarding procedures for new hires. • Coordinate benefit-related tasks and assist employees with inquiries regarding their compensation packages. • Perform mail runs and other administrative tasks within the community as needed. • Ensure smooth operation of applicant tracking systems (ATS) to facilitate recruitment processes. • Collaborate with team members to support HR initiatives and resolve employee concerns. • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to address HR-related matters. • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and applicants, fostering a positive and seamless experience.
