Warehouse Supervisor

What will you do? Plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse for a mid-sized to small location. Ensure efficient warehouse operations and maintain a high level of productivity and safety. Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping, and receiving. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring they are motivated and performing effectively. Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. How will you do it? Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage operations. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety and operational procedures. Engage in problem-solving and decision-making to optimize warehouse efficiency. Foster a positive work environment to improve team morale and productivity. What are we looking for? University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 6 years of experience in warehouse management or relevant field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
