Program Launch Coordinator – Aerospace (Bilingual, Celaya MX)

️ About the Role We're seeking a bilingual, hands-on Program Launch Coordinator to lead the charge from pre-award quoting through First Article approval and hand-off to production. This role bridges the gap between customers, cross-functional teams, and execution—ensuring that every new program is accurately scoped, clearly communicated, and flawlessly launched. You'll work with global customers, technical specs, and internal stakeholders to align vision with deliverables. This is an essential role in how we grow—and how we keep winning. Key Responsibilities Participate in quoting, estimating, and bid response processes before program award Interpret customer specifications, drawings (GD&T), and flowdowns Coordinate cross-functional readiness—engineering, planning, purchasing, quality, and operations Manage customer communication on deliverables, status, and milestones Support First Article Inspection (FAI), PPAP, and readiness reviews Track project timelines, risks, and readiness gates through clear documentation Collaborate closely with U.S. and Mexico-based stakeholders ✅ What We’re Looking For Bilingual (Spanish/English – written and spoken) Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field Strong understanding of GD&T and technical drawing interpretation Experience in customer-facing roles within aerospace or manufacturing Comfortable leading across engineering, planning, and quality functions Valid passport and U.S. visa, or clear pathway to obtain both Bonus: Familiarity with AS9100, APQP, FAI, or aerospace quality systems Compensation & Growth We offer a competitive salary range of $20,000–$28,000 MXN/month , depending on experience, technical fluency (especially in GD&T), and bilingual communication skills. Candidates with strong customer-facing experience or advanced program coordination abilities may be considered above this range.
