My client is a major real estate business in Sao Paulo with malls, residential and event spaces. They are embarking on a huge transformation to improve internal efficiency, integrate and automate. Along with developing an app initiative with services for citizens. This is a 6 week initial project to understand the following: Confirmation of Direction & Understanding Engage leadership and teams to assess digital transformation strategy, challenges, and existing initiatives. Conduct benchmarking and workshops to define key pillars and success criteria. Deliverables : Initiative portfolio, gap analysis, and quick-win recommendations. Digital Initiatives Collaborate with leaders to refine and prioritize initiatives, outlining key risks, enablers, and financial impacts. Conduct go/no-go workshops and develop a strategic roadmap with board alignment. Deliverables : Digital strategy panel, prioritized roadmap, and consolidated board report. Scope Definition What it includes : Validation of digital transformation pillars. Alignment of initiatives with business strategy. Stakeholder and board validation. What it excludes : Redefining transformation direction or ambition. Maturity assessment of digital transformation efforts. Identification of major transformational business initiatives. Detailed business cases for initiatives.
