Job Description

The NPI Lead will do Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached. Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity. How you will do it: Collaborate with Design Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing operations and Quality teams to deliver on program requirements and business critical timelines. Follow up alignment of New Product Introduction process with intercompany stakeholders. Maintain and follow-up on action plans. Develop documentation to support production (work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings, etc.) Ensure compliance to New Product Introduction (NPI) procedure. Develops and implements standard work for the launch of all new products. Interfaces, trains and provides technical support to production personnel for release of new products and procedure updates. Assist to design, develop, and implements manufacturing cells to support new product introductions. Works closely with other departments during the new product development process to ensure design for safety, testability, manufacturability, etc. What we look for 2-5 years of experience launching new products Ability to communicate and coordinate multiple activities Ability to work closely with cross-functional departments Experience with HVAC is a plus. Knowledge of project management and Microsoft Project. Certified Project Manager desirable. Experience in PLM WindChill in processing ECNs/FCNs. Advanced knowledge in ERP/MRP systems and procedures. SAP preferred. Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish
