Financial Analyst - IT Consolidations & Reporting

What you will do? We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our IT Finance team. This role will focus on consolidations and reporting for our Enterprise IT organization, ensuring accurate storytelling and providing cost insights, timely financial statements, and analysis to aid IT leadership in informed financial decision making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, consolidations, and reporting, with excellent analytical and communication skills. How you will do it? Financial Consolidations: Support the consolidation process for a robust financial hierarchy, including storytelling and providing cost insights to internal stakeholders at varying levels within the organization. Reporting: Maintain reporting packages that support our IT Finance team in driving consistency and in preparing financial reports at a specific cadence, enabling them to provide insights for IT leadership readouts. Analysis: Aid in identifying opportunities for efficiencies and spend reductions based on headcount, contractor, and overall trend analysis. Support annual allocation calculation and operational calendar creation. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. Collaboration: Work across the IT Finance organization; along with working closely with other departments including accounting, treasury, and operations, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment. What are we looking for? Education: 4-year university degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, consolidations, and reporting or related activity. Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.
