About the Role As an International Recruitment & Resourcing Partner you will play a vital role in shaping my client's presence and success within a designated global region. Working within the International Department , you will drive recruitment, strengthen partnerships, and enhance the profile of the client, ensuring impactful engagement and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a regional strategy in collaboration with Senior Stakeholders within the organisation Lead recruitment efforts , ensuring ambitious targets are met Establish and maintain strategic partnerships , supporting collaboration across all departments, internal & external and assist in promoting sponsorship initiatives Work closely with the Head of Global Recruitment and Engagement and the Head of Global Marketing to devise high-impact marketing campaigns Provide market intelligence , cultural expertise, and strategic recommendations to inform investment and engagement decisions Represent the organisation in international settings, fostering key relationships . Manage and mentor a small team , ensuring operational excellence within the region. Who We're Looking For We seek a motivated and strategic leader who has: ? Experience in international recruitment, engagement, or partnership development . ? A deep understanding of the assigned region , including market trends and growth opportunities. ? Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. ? Expertise in data-driven decision-making , resource allocation, and performance evaluation. ?
