Procurement Manager

In this role, you’ll lead their procurement function, ensuring they source high-quality products and services at competitive prices to support their business goals. What You'll Do: Shape Procurement Strategy : Develop and implement a procurement strategy aligned with our business objectives, driving value across the organization. Lead & Inspire : Manage and guide our procurement team, working closely with stakeholders to deliver cost savings without compromising on quality. Supplier Relationships : Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and secure the best deals to ensure optimal delivery of goods and services. End-to-End Procurement : Oversee the entire procurement process, from tendering and sourcing to contract negotiation, ensuring compliance and best value. Performance Management : Implement a supplier performance framework with regular reviews and KPI reporting to continually enhance supplier performance.
