Job Description

Are you an experienced IT professional with strong 2nd to 3rd line support skills and a passion for delivering first-class service? We’re hiring a Senior IT Service Delivery Analyst to join a dynamic organisation with a great culture, modern tech stack, and occasional international travel. The Role: Expect a mix of remote troubleshooting and on-site support, including travel to international offices up to six times a year. You'll also benefit from a dedicated annual IT training budget.
