Legal Intern – International Corporate Environment

Job Description
As part of the Legal Department, you will support the team in a variety of legal matters across several domains, including: Commercial Law and contracts : - Drafting, reviewing and analysing commercial contracts in English and French, - Contributing to the development of internal contract templates and drafting guidelines, - Providing legal support to operational teams. Corporate Governance : - Contributing to drafting and monitoring powers of attorney (legal, banking, contractual), - Contributing to the implementation of the internal governance tools and documentation Providing legal support to operational teams, - Participating in the redesign of the folder structure and naming conventions of legal files. Intellectual Property : - Assisting in the administrative and legal follow-up of the trademark and patent portfolio, - Supporting the drafting of IP-provisions (licenses, assignments, NDAs). Compliance & Data Protection : - Participating in compliance-related projects (anti-corruption, GDPR) - Assisting with internal policies and legal documentation updates - Contributing to the creation of a group-wide compliance framework. Swiss Labor Law (basic knowledge) : - Conducting research on Swiss employment law, - Contributing in providing support to the HR department on legal matters.
