Contract Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Manager to support our dynamic Legal Team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-level contracts and play a key part in ongoing legal and commercial projects. Your Responsibilities: Assist in drafting and proofreading contractual documents and legal correspondence, including processing amendments Support the Legal Team in managing legal processes and documentation efficiently Draft, analyse, interpret, and negotiate sophisticated agreements with internal and external business partners Contribute to specific legal and commercial projects We are looking for: Preferably English qualified lawyer with professional experience and expertise in common law as well as maritime law Strong commercial understanding, particularly in relation to legal requirements for international trade and operations Guarantor for professional contract handling and filing; demonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus Team player with strong interpersonal skills Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What we offer: Join us in a dynamic and rewarding work environment where you will engage with a diverse array of commodities in global markets.
