What You'll Do Lead the backend development using Django/DRF Develop features from back to frontend and from development to production Collaborate directly with our founder and product team Contribute to architectural decisions and security best practices Migrate and help grow the new React-based frontend (Vue will be deprecated) Optionally mentor junior developers ???? Our Stack Backend : Python (Django, DRF, celery), PostgreSQL Frontend : React ( legacy in transition) DevOps : Docker, Git, Kubernetes, CI/CD ✅ What You Bring 8 years of software development experience Deep Django expertise strong experience in React Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently Optional: experience with security, monitoring, or email systems Fluent in English; German is a strong plus Must live in Switzerland and be eligible to work here ????
