The Bcom Fresher will be responsible for assisting in various business functions, performing administrative tasks, supporting financial activities, and participating in business process improvements. The role includes preparing reports, managing data entries, and collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth business operations. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK OFFICE LOCATION BEFORE YOU APPLY Qualifications Good communication and interpersonal skills Tele Calling is also important part of the role You might have to travel incase of Business meetings, client meetings or Exhibitions Basic knowledge in Business Administration and Finance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
