We’re building a high-performance Growth team to lead this expansion, and we’re looking for a strong Strategy Analyst to act as a force multiplier to the Head of Growth. Role Overview: As Strategy Analyst – Special Projects & Strategy, you will work directly with the Head of Growth on high-priority initiatives spanning new market opportunities, growth experiments, revenue acceleration, and operational improvement. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, running cross-functional projects, and working closely with leadership in a fast- paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects - Identify, scope, and lead execution of high-leverage strategic projects across growth, channels, partnerships, product, and ops - Act as a key thought partner to the Head of Growth in framing hypotheses, sizing opportunities, and building business cases - Coordinate pilots and experiments in new growth channels, customer segments, and product lines, or geographies Interdepartmental Project Execution - Own execution of cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, D2C, retail, and tech - Ensure alignment, tracking, and momentum on interdepartmental initiatives - Manage OKRs, dashboards, and review cadences for growth-linked projects Insights, Analytics & Reporting - Analyze funnel, channel, and market data to identify revenue unlocks or performance gaps - Build clear dashboards and frameworks to support decision-making - Prepare concise updates and materials for founder and leadership reviews What We Are Looking For Experience: - 2–3 years post-undergrad or 1–2 years post-MBA - Background in a high-performance environment such as: ▪ VC-backed startup (BizOps / Growth / Chief of Staff / Strategy role) ▪ Top-tier FMCG (in Sales, Marketing, or Strategy roles) ▪ Management Consulting / Startup founder experience (a plus) Skills: - Structured thinker with strong analytical and execution muscle - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; bonus if comfortable with data tools (SQL, dashboards, etc.) - Highly self-driven, reliable, and comfortable with ambiguity Why EMotorad? - Work directly with senior leadership and founders - Ownership of key initiatives in one of India’s fastest-growing D2C brands - Exposure across digital, offline, global, and innovation verticals - High-performance, fast-learning culture where your work directly moves the needle
