Ability to independently solve problems and see them through to resolution. Responsibilities will include Supervising team handling tracing container imports daily and updating operating system to reflect data Working with Management in U.S. daily Audit load statuses to all load stages (pickup, transit, delivery) Manage reports of load status Updating accounts and shipments with real time information Customer interfacing Why join Universal?
