POSITION SUMMARY The Product Specialist for Controlled Environments (CE) will be responsible for supporting the commercial success of the CE portfolio across Latin America. This includes CE gloves and protective solutions for industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical device manufacturing, biotechnology, electronics, and food processing. The role will involve close collaboration with local commercial teams, marketing, regulatory, supply chain by driving sales through distributors and end-users by delivering value added services, including education and product guidance to end-users to achieve the sales to ensure product training, technical support, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. 2. JOB FUNCTIONS Product Expertise & Training Act as the go-to expert for Controlled Environments solutions within the region. Develop and deliver technical training to internal sales teams and distribution partners. Provide product demonstrations, trials, and technical support to key accounts. Market Development & Segmentation Identify opportunities for growth across key CE segments such as medical device manufacturing, semiconductors, pharmaceutical production, and food handling/packaging. Map out customer needs and align product offerings accordingly. Collaborate with sales and marketing team to adapt go-to-market strategies to local needs. Customer Engagement Participate in customer visits to support sales teams with technical knowledge and value-based selling. Collect customer feedback to support product development and market adaptation and support to develop customer centric, high impact, marketing materials/ tools. Collaborate with Supply Chain for accurate demand planning and S&OP Regulatory & Quality Compliance Support the sales and regulatory teams in ensuring that product certifications and documentation meet local compliance requirements. Assist in handling technical inquiries and support documentation requests. Competitive Intelligence Monitor trends and competitive activity within the CE space. Provide feedback to the business regarding competitor products, pricing, and innovation. 3. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field. 5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or field application within cleanroom/controlled environments. Experience with disposable PPE (especially gloves) or contamination control solutions is highly preferred. Strong understanding of ISO cleanroom classifications, GMP requirements, and validation processes. Fluent in Spanish and English. Willingness to travel across the region (30–50%) 4. KEY COMPETENCIES Must have a flexible approach to work and be capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and excellent organizational and communication skills.
