Legal Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a Legal Compliance Analyst to ensure the effective planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our Compliance Management System. This role plays a key part in ensuring legal and regulatory alignment across all business units and departments. Key Responsibilities Manage and improve the organization’s Compliance Management System Maintain the legal compliance matrix, identifying applicable requirements by department Design and deliver training plans covering compliance manuals, policies, and procedures Analyze system performance indicators and compliance progress across departments Prepare reports and follow up on action plans from audits and management reviews Monitor internal activities for compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies Drive corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with department managers Conduct site inspections and support enforcement of legal requirements and standards Minimum Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field Experience : Proven experience managing compliance or regulatory systems Preferably with exposure to industrial operations (logistics, EHS, maintenance, etc.) and corporate functions (finance, HR, commercial) Technical knowledge : Regulatory processes related to SCT, STPS, ASEA, CRE, SEMARNAT, etc. Office software proficiency Key skills : Strong organizational and communication abilities Teamwork, proactivity, negotiation, and willingness to travel Competencies : Results-driven, innovative mindset, continuous learner, and entrepreneurial attitude
