Executive Legal & Compliance Recruiter | APAC Specialist | Retained Search Partner Legal Counsel - Marine & Offshore, 3-8PQE A leading company in the marine and offshore industry is hiring a Legal Counsel to provide legal support and strategic advice on projects, business activities, and corporate, commercial, and litigation matters. Key Responsibilities: Advise on corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, and financing agreements. Draft and review contracts (MOUs, JV agreements, EPC contracts, shipbuilding agreements, etc.). Support contract negotiations and commercial transactions. Manage litigation, liaise with external counsel, and assess legal risks. Requirements: You will be Singapore-qualified and possess a minimum of 3PQE gained in private practice or in-house. Prior experience advising on engineering and construction law, shipping, or intellectual property law would be advantageous.
