Senior Mechanical Engineer - ACMV (Basic up to S$ 6000 / Central / Japanese MNC / 5 Days)

Company Background: One of Singapore’s leading prominent Japanese MNC company specializing in the field of design & installation of ACMV systems. Remuneration Package: S$ 6,000 Mobile Allowance Site Allowance Variable Bonus Working Location: Central Region (Ang Mo Kio - Yio Chu Kang) Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5pm) Job Responsibilities: Plan and forecast project monthly and weekly installation schedules. Anticipate potential site issues and eliminate any risks. Liaise with site person-in-charge for work arrangement and manpower planning. Liaise with suppliers for delivery of materials and equipment by raising MERF (material- equipment-requisition-form) for approval. Attend regular project meetings (such as site progress and co-ordination) with interested parties including clients, architect, consultants, main contractor, and sub-contractors. Monitor, co-ordinate and direct the execution of work with site representatives and workers for smooth workflow. Submit method statement, risk assessment and shop drawing. Submit progress report and progress claim. Ensure design of Mechanical & Electrical work meets with clients’ requirements. Perform pre-inspection of deliverable material and equipment, and after delivery inspection for any defective goods. Inspect site installation work for quality and assurance. Clearance of defects and outstanding works. Prepare as-built drawings for joint inspection with clients’ representatives. Job Requirements: Candidate with experience managing LTA projects will be an added advantage. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline. 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV or M&E projects in Singapore. J-18808-Ljbffr
