Responsibilities: Project Execution & Technical Oversight Support the Project Manager in executing the project from planning to completion. Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities to ensure timely delivery. Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Site Management & Supervision Monitor day-to-day site operations and resolve technical issues promptly. Ensure works are carried out to required safety and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and track project progress against milestones. Regulatory Compliance Assist in preparing submissions to authorities and consultants. Support compliance with CONQUAS, Green Mark, Buildability, and other industry standards. Contract & Cost Management Assist in evaluating contractor claims, change orders, and progress claims. Track project expenditures and support cost control efforts. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project communication. Attend coordination and technical meetings. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and meeting records. Support preparation of reports for management and stakeholders. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. At least 3–6 years of relevant experience in construction or project engineering. Knowledge ofRevit is a must.
