About the Role You’ll support a pioneering agri-tech business that partners with high-value crop producers across Southern Africa. From sales outreach to brand storytelling, you’ll contribute to strategic campaigns that drive real value on the ground. What You’ll Do Research and profile potential clients and distributors Assist with lead generation, outreach, and product trial coordination Contribute to competitor analysis and customer interviews Build and manage content calendars for newsletters, social media, and field insights Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns Explore opportunities for export and regional expansion What You Bring A degree (or current studies) in Marketing, Sales, Agriculture, or Business Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator A passion for innovation, agriculture, and sustainability Curiosity, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving What Success Looks Like Clear, creative content that resonates with commercial farmers A growing network of agri leads and prospects Tangible contributions to strategic projects A confident and capable early-career professional with real-world experience
